VISION The SMCC College of business of Administration envisions graduates and /or professionals, imbued with Christian principles and values equipped with a strong, liberal commitment to uplift the social conditions of mankind. MISSION As such, the College of Business Administration commits itself to: Produce graduates who are morally upright, globally competent, socially responsible and well-rounded; and Equip graduates with technical knowledge and/or skill making them always ready to supply and/or render needed services, to fill up human resources demand and/or to start or put up their own business.
OBJECTIVES To design relevant curriculum and/or program that are founded on liberal education, adaptive to the changes in the locality, country and the world, delivered through cooperative learning processes and alternative methodologies that are inquiry- based and data-based. To develop in the student a high degree of professionalism anchored on the Christian values and moral principles, technical skills acquired through critical thinking, free and open communication and research works. To inculcate in the students the values of nationalism, social responsibility, justice and peace, genuine service for the poor and community and self-determination. To update the curriculum and the teachers continually based upon the current trends and/or development in business and information technology. To establish and maintain linkages with other institutions and/or agencies here and abroad for the OJT of future graduates and for the mutual exchange of resources and/or benefits.
