2. Transferees

   • Information copy of credentials earned with grades for reference

   • Interview with the Dean/Administrator

   • Honorable Dismissal

3. Old Students

   • Must not have incomplete grades of the previous semester/s

   • Only students who passed all the subjects in the previous year shall be admitted to the second year program.

   • Old students with failure in grades are still re-admitted provided that he/she signs a waiver to make up this failure and other conditions as maybe presented by the Registrar/Dean/Administrator.

   • Must have cleared all his/her accounts of the previous semester.

High School

1. New Students

   • Form 138(Report Card)

   • Birth Certificate (NSO Authenticated)

   • Certificate of Good Moral Character

   • 2 pcs. 1x1 latest colored picture

   • Interview with the Principal
      

2. Transferees

   • Interview with the Principal.

3. Old Students

   • Must not have incomplete grades of the previous year.

   • Only students with failure in grades are still re-admitted provided that he takes summer classes to make up this failure and other conditions as may be presented by the Registrar /Principal.

   • Must have cleared all his/her school accounts of previous year.

Grade School

• Admission to Grade I requires the presentation of the photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO Authenticated)

• Transferee in any grade level requires a Certificate of Good Moral Character from his/her former school, Form 138 (Report Card).

• For old pupils, presentation of Form 138 satisfies the requirements for admission.

• Upon compliances of the above, admission is finalized with the payments of the required initial fee.

• Grade I enrollees should pass an interview.
