Michaelinians Celebrate Nutrition Month |

St. Michael College of Caraga celebrated Nutrition Month with the theme: “Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan” last July 24, 2009 at the SMCC gym. Msgr. Beinvinido Betaizar, the school president, cut the ribbon to officially signal the start of the program which was hosted by Ms. Babern Mae Magrilos. The school’s guidance counselor, Sis. Ma. Nini Vitor, led the invocation Mrs. Carmelita Autor, gave the opening remarks. |

Saint Michael College of Caraga just opened its newest innovative feature to early childhood education. The SMCC Basic Education Department under the leadership of its Principal, Mrs. Carmelita B. Autor, and the Director for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dennis P. Mausisa, announces the opening of the new Early Childhood Development Center. |

SMCC celebrates 60th Foundation Anniversary |
|
The entire Michaelinian family celebrated the 60th Foundation Anniversary of Saint Michael College of Caraga last August 25-29, 2008. The celebration held revolved around the theme “SMCC @ 60 and Beyond: Overcoming Challenges, Pursuing Excellence”. The week-long celebration started off with a Thanksgiving Mass and First Holy Communion of the Grade III pupils sanctified by the Bishop of the Diocese of Butuan, Most Rev. Msgr. Juan De Dios Pueblos. It was followed by a parade and the rousing opening at the Booth Making Contest, which was participated by all Michaelinians from elementary to college. One of the highlights of the celebration is the basketball exhibition game between the SMCC Personnel and the Los Padres. |
